Lemon Strawberry Tarts
Makes: 2 servings | Time: 30 minutes | gluten free, dairy free, vegan
Ingredients:
For the Strawberry Compote:
2 cups fresh strawberries
2 tablespoons of water
1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp of maple syrup
Splash of lemon juice
Sprinkle of sea salt
For the Tarts:
